Yea for Karen Dolley and Creative Anachronism

It’s good to know that our peculiar interests can save our lives. Karen Dolley defended herself with medieval combat training she received as a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism. The Kansas City Star carried the article but it’s on-line, too, by Ryan Martin, Indiana Star: Indiana Star. I have dreams in which to save my life I must recite a Shakespeare sonnet or a poem by an obscure poet. I do know some sonnets by heart and a few obscure poems. Karen had a Japanese sword, too. I also have accessories.
